Founder
Viktoria is an experienced Global Recruiting Expert with extensive expertise in the IT and engineering sectors. She brings years of experience working with global companies, including Microsoft and AWS partners, as well as leading consulting firms. In her role, she has successfully led complex recruiting projects, actively sourced talent, and strategically managed end-to-end recruitment processes. Thanks to her interdisciplinary background—with a Master of Arts in Art History focusing on Media Studies and IT—Viktoria offers a unique perspective on the challenges of IT and engineering recruitment. Her analytical thinking and technical knowledge blend with a deep cultural understanding, making her approach both innovative and strategic.
André is a cybersecurity expert with comprehensive knowledge in security architecture and years of experience in the field. As a former CISO, head of a Security Operations Center, and cybersecurity architect, he has a deep understanding of securing digital environments and their complex challenges. With a diploma in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Information Systems, and a MicroMaster in Cybersecurity, André has a strong technical foundation. He also holds several industry certifications, including CISSP, CISA, and CEH, underscoring his commitment to continuous education and excellence in cybersecurity.
